Boiler Installations
We offer full installation of new appliances that meet your required needs. There are many boilers on the market, including ‘Combi’ (Combined Heating and Hot Water) systems, heat only and system boilers. We will assess the property and give advice on the best type of boiler/heating package that is appropriate in terms of space available in the property, age of the property, the local water pressure and central heating/hot water systems already in place.
Boiler & Heating Maintenence
Boiler and central heating system repairs and breakdowns can be very expensive. At Indiglo heating we want to take the worry out of your heating system by offering two options to help spread the cost, including a fixed priced repair.
System Cleanse
It’s important to keep your radiators working properly, so they can keep you warm through the winter. If you’re having problems with your heating, your radiators might need a system cleanse. There are several signs that indicate a need for a system cleanse. If your radiators are cold at the bottom and hot at the top, you could have sludge blocking your radiators or pipes. Sludge might also be to blame if some radiators aren’t warming up while others work properly.
Landlord and Gas Safety Certificate
As a landlord you need a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 for every gas appliance in your rental property. It’s a legal requirement and each individual certificate has to be renewed every year. Without them you risk a hefty fine, and the appliances may be unsafe for tenants to use.
One of the most common causes for concern is often down to simple air trapped inside the radiator system and this can cause your boiler pressure to raise dramatically. Bleeding the radiators regularly can avoid such issues and we are happy to do this for you and show you how to do it going forward.
